Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@motormia.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 15475 N Greenway Hayden Loop, Suite B7, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85260, United States.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MotorMia Return Policy

At MotorMia, we want you to buy with confidence. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how returns work.
1. 30 Day Return Window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, you must submit a return request through your MotorMia account and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must:

Be unused and uninstalled

Be in original packaging

Include all hardware, manuals, and accessories

Be in resellable condition
Items that have been installed, modified, painted, damaged, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
MotorMia reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
3. Fitment Guarantee
If you purchase a product that is marked compatible with your saved vehicle and it does not fit, MotorMia will cover return shipping under our Fitment Guarantee.
To qualify:

Your vehicle must be saved to your MotorMia profile before purchase

The product must be listed as compatible with that vehicle

The item must be unmodified and uninstalled

Photos and VIN verification may be required
If the incorrect fitment is due to customer vehicle mismatch, incorrect selection, or modifications not disclosed at purchase, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
4. Free Returns
Return shipping is covered by MotorMia if:

The wrong item was shipped

The item was damaged in transit

The product is defective
-
The issue is caused by a confirmed MotorMia fitment error
For all other return reasons, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
5. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom painted or special order products

Made to order body kits
-
Clearance or final sale items
-
Installed or mounted wheels and tires

Opened electronics, tuners, or ECUs

Fluids, chemicals, and lubricants
6. Restocking Fees
MotorMia does not charge restocking fees for items returned in new and resellable condition.
If returned items are missing packaging or components, or show signs of handling beyond inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
7. Return Shipping & Labels
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Prepaid return labels are provided for returns that qualify under Section 4. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Return labels may expire if not used within the specified timeframe.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to MotorMia error.
Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to their original payment method when available.
9. Exchanges
MotorMia does not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
10. Return Abuse
MotorMia reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive returns, suspected fraud, policy abuse, or violation of the terms outlined above.
