This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses that can cause disc warping or cupping. The rotors are available in cross-drilled or slotted designs; cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are suited for track use. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise.
