Massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry at the new ride height, working with replacement tie rod ends to maintain proper steering angles and ESC compatibility. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts are also provided for a complete front suspension upgrade.\n\nIn the rear, BDS utilizes high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts to achieve the desired lift and level stance. Shock relocation brackets are included to ensure compatibility with the factory CCD shocks, preserving the original damping system. The front lift is achieved via cross-members, while the rear utilizes blocks.\n\nImportant fitment notes include: this kit will not work with aftermarket Upper Control Arm kits that lack provisions for both driver and passenger side ride height sensors. Wheels of 18 inches or larger are required; stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can accommodate up to a 305\/60R20 tire. Test fitting is recommended for 18-inch wheels with 5-5.5 inch backspacing to ensure clearance with the steering knuckle\/tie rod. A 5.5-inch backspacing is recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft will require the BDS carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (sold separately). The factory 1-1\/4 inch block will not be reinstalled as this kit replaces it. Crash bars may need modification depending on wheel and tire choice, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure these modifications are safe. This kit does NOT fit diesel models and is incompatible with Tremor models. Ford Safety Recall 21S25 regarding the 2-piece rear driveshaft should be addressed prior to installation if applicable.
