Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use.\n\nStandard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are NAOC ceramic pads optimized for street and occasional track use with optimal operating temperatures between 194°F – 1022°F. These pads offer reduced dust (by 50% or more) and noise compared to race pads, with an average coefficient of friction between .46 and .53. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic material, are available for extreme track conditions (optimal temperatures 482°F – 1472°F) but are not recommended for street use.
