Cooling is handled by a ZZP air\/air front-mount intercooler with a 28x8x4 core and its associated mounting hardware. Induction is managed by a ZZP 3.5-inch aluminum turbo intake for Cobalt models or a 3-inch intake for Ion models, paired with a ZZP air filter and a 50mm blow-off valve. A TiAL MVS 38mm wastegate is included for boost control.\n\nUsers can choose between a catted downpipe with either an external wastegate dump to atmosphere or a recirculated option that routes back into the downpipe for quieter operation. The kit also includes a manual boost controller, which provides approximately 10psi of boost when at its lowest setting.\n\nFor higher boost levels, additional tuning and fuel components are required. An AFC (Air Fuel Controller) is necessary for boost levels over 16psi, and a Boost Reference Fuel System (BRFS) is recommended for pressures over 17psi.
