A custom tune is absolutely required for the vehicle to run correctly and safely with this kit. Failure to tune the vehicle can result in damage. The manufacturer explicitly states they cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper or absent tuning. While options are available to significantly increase horsepower (100+ WHP over stock), an engine build package is highly recommended to fully realize the potential of these turbos.
