They feature 64cc CNC-machined heart-style combustion chambers with relocated spark plugs to further enhance mid-lift airflow and rigidity for extreme horsepower applications. The heads include assembled components such as 2.040-inch intake valves, 1.575-inch exhaust valves, dual valve springs with titanium retainers, and 7-degree locks, supporting a maximum valve lift of 0.650 inches.\n\nThese cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747 for 1997-present GM vehicles equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines. They are recommended for use on engines with a minimum bore diameter of 3.900 inches and must be used with roller rocker arms; Harland Sharp SLS17 roller rocker arms are specifically recommended.
