The POR-15 Metal Prep is a 3.78L metal etching rust neutralizer designed to enhance paint adhesion. It is specially formulated for use on bare or moderately rusted metal surfaces. This pre-paint solution gently etches metal, creating an ideal anchor pattern for coatings and leaving a zinc phosphate coating for chemical bonding.
