Many applications offer a floating disc option, which mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat that can warp the disc or cup the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more efficiently than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced before shipment for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use.\n\nThis specific kit is designed for the 1992-1995 Honda Civic.
