This eliminates the need to disassemble the trunk area. Additionally, the RSMs incorporate a reinforcement assembly to protect the sheet metal from the rear shock pulling out.\n\nThese mounts are designed to work with standard 10mm shaft diameter rear shocks. Optional washers are available for use with 12mm shaft diameter adjustable race shocks. Hardware, including specialized welded-on 10.9 hardware, compression washers, and spacers made of 303 stainless steel, is included for corrosion resistance and durability.\n\nSpecial Application Notes: These RSMs are not for 3-series Convertible models.
