The opposed piston caliper design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over the OEM design, and the included stainless-steel brake lines stop expansion under pressure. Due to the larger size of the SuperComp series caliper, four brake pads are standard per caliper.\n\nSuperComp systems come standard with a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating disc design prevents thermal stresses from extreme heat from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced before shipment. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler.\n\nThis kit is made to order and is non-refundable. It is compatible with the BMW 5 Series F10 models including the 528i, 528i xDrive, 535d, 535d xDrive, and 535i, all equipped with N20 2.0L or N57 3.0L engines.
