Each unit undergoes meticulous balancing, starting with individual component balancing at slow speeds, followed by assembly and high-speed VSR balancing of the CHRA to a standard exceeding OEM specifications. A balance test result document is supplied with each turbocharger.\n\nHowever, custom tuning software is required for proper operation. For left-hand drive vehicles, a UNITRONIC and APR 4\" turbo inlet elbow is recommended. Additionally, for achieving over 600 HP, replacement of the stock or RS sport exhaust system with a more free-flowing system, such as the MILLTEK V2 90MM, is highly recommended due to backpressure concerns.
