{"product_id":"zero-maintenance-oil-catch-can","title":"Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can","description":"Turbocharged motors are prone to oil control problems, leading to oil coating intercoolers and charge piping, gunking up intake valves, and reducing engine performance. The Burger Motorsports BMS Oil Catch Can offers a robust solution to this issue. Engineered with precision, it boasts 100% CNC machining and a triple baffle system for superior air\/oil separation. Unlike other cans, the BMS OCC is mounted on the cool side of the motor to promote proper vapor condensation and features hoses that exceed OEM PCV piping diameter, ensuring efficient ventilation and preventing excessive crankcase pressure buildup.\n\nThe stealthy mounting location minimizes line length for optimal performance and a clean aesthetic. The anodized black aluminum construction contributes to its durability and appearance. The unit has a fluid capacity of up to 5.5 fl oz and can be easily serviced by unscrewing the base or utilizing the convenient 1\/8th NPT drain plug every 3-6 months. Made in the USA, this catch can is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle, reflecting Burger Motorsports' commitment to quality and longevity.\n\nWhile this specific \"CAN ONLY\" model is designed for universal DIY installation, customers should note that hardware and hoses are sold separately. The can itself measures 4.4\" tall with a 2.5\" diameter, and the nozzles have an outer diameter of 0.75\" and an inner diameter of 0.669\". Its large 16mm+ inlet and outlet are designed to handle high flow rates and eliminate crankcase pressure often caused by more restrictive designs. While the product page emphasizes its design for turbo BMW applications and specific kits are available for models like the N54 and N55, this \"CAN ONLY\" version is intended for custom universal applications.","brand":"Burger Motorsports","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":53139188810040,"sku":"BMSOCC","price":135.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0970\/4895\/3144\/files\/731361831.webp?v=1791844887","url":"https:\/\/store.motormia.co\/products\/zero-maintenance-oil-catch-can","provider":"MOTORMIA","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
