The COMP Cams 4643-16 is a set of 16 valve spring seats made from hardened steel. These locators feature an inboard locating shoulder to center the spring and keep it in place. The 4643 model has a 1.540" outer diameter and a 0.640" inner diameter, designed to work with compatible dual valve springs.
