The Hypertech 3050 is a California Edition Max Energy Spectrum Power Programmer. It's designed to improve horsepower, torque, and overall performance. This programmer comes preloaded with Hypertech's pre-configured tune files designed to optimize spark and fuel curves for increased engine efficiency, horsepower, and torque. It also offers tuning for popular cold air intakes, speedometer calibration for different tire sizes or gear ratios, TPMS threshold adjustment, top-speed limiter adjustment, and various transmission adjustments (shift firmness, response, TCC slip tunes, 1-4 skip shift removal, shift points). Additionally, it can adjust Active Fuel Management System (AFM) settings for GM vehicles, offers selectable throttle restriction, RPM limiter adjustment, and cooling fan "on/off" temperature adjustments. It also functions as a diagnostic tool to read and clear DTCs. The programmer stores factory settings for easy restoration.
