The Flowtech 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers with Black Painted coating are designed to increase horsepower and torque in your Jeep Wrangler TJ 4.0L (2000-2006). They feature non-restrictive 1-5/8-inch diameter primary tubes and mandrel-bent tubing for improved exhaust gas flow. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge mild steel, these headers have a black coating for protection and a bolt-on design for easy installation.

Flowtech Headers are the perfect combination of quality and value. This shorty header fits the popular 2000-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4WD, 2000-2001 Cherokee, and 1999-2004 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0L L6 and bolts up to the factory exhaust.

Features:

  • High flow, mandrel-bent tubes provide consistent tubing diameters for smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity
  • Heavy duty tubing and high quality welds for increased strength and durability
  • Smooth transition, 1-5/8" diameter primary tubes are used for increased exhaust flow increasing performance, improving throttle response and broadening the torque curve
  • Machined 1/2" header flanges welded inside and out for a leak-free seal and maximum strength
  • Premium aluminum header gasket included
