The TYC 96063 HVAC Heater Core is an OE direct replacement designed for Ford Focus and Transit Connect models. Constructed with durable aluminum, this heater core ensures efficient heat transfer and reliable performance in your vehicle's heating system. It features an aluminum core measuring 6.78 inches in height, 7.56 inches in length, and 1.57 inches in thickness, with top and bottom headers sized at 2.03 by 7.05 inches. The inlet and outlet connections utilize 0.75-inch hose clamps for a secure fit.

This heater core is intended to replace the original HVAC heater core in compatible Ford vehicles, restoring proper heating function and cabin comfort. It addresses common issues such as insufficient cabin heat, coolant leaks, and inefficiency in heat exchange. The aluminum construction provides corrosion resistance and durability.
