The TRC-0100 is a 1-tonne industrial chain block engineered for demanding environments, offering robust and reliable lifting capabilities. This unit meets and exceeds multiple international standards, including BS EN 13157:2004+A1:2009, ANSI/ASME B30.16, AS 1418.2, and SANS 1594, ensuring high safety and performance. It features drop-forged, heat-treated alloy hooks with a patent-pending “EZ Check” system for overload detection and heavy-duty spring latch kits for secure load handling. The mechanical components are precisely machined and heat-treated for smooth, long-term operation, and high gear ratios minimize physical effort. Safety is enhanced by double cover protection for the hand chain wheel and ratchet brake, shielding the brake chamber from foreign objects. The chain block is proof-tested to 1.5 times its rated capacity and includes guaranteed light load protection. Its premium grease allows for operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C.
