The Carver Custom-Fit Trailerable Boat Cover is manufactured in South Carolina, USA, using solution-dyed marine-grade fabrics like Sunbrella®/Outdura® (10-year warranty) or Sun-Dura™ (7-year warranty). These covers are custom-patterned to fit specific boat models. Key features include double-stitched seams with weather-resistant anti-wick thread, folded four-ply join seams, and durable reinforcements at major wear points. The cover is trailerable at reasonable speeds when properly cinched and tied down, and it includes 12 heavy-duty tie-down straps (6 on smaller covers) that connect to sturdy V-loop tie-down loops in the hem. It also includes 1 or 2 pads with snaps for optional support poles and a motor cover for most outboard models. A 1/4-inch cinch rope (not elastic cord) is sewn into the hem, cinching tightly around the boat below the rub rail. The cover fits standard integrated fiberglass swim platforms but does not fit non-factory installed arches, tops, or towers unless specifically stated. It's not intended for lift use or in-water mooring.
