The CURT 2-Inch Front Receiver Hitch, MPN 31540, is designed for select 2002-2006 Ford Explorer vehicles (excluding Sport submodels). This front mount hitch provides a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening and is rated for 5,000 lbs. gross trailer weight and 500 lbs. tongue weight. It is constructed from heavy-duty American steel with a dual-layer A-coat and black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance.
