The FOX 980-24-646 2.0 Performance Series IFP Shock Absorber is engineered for 2005-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty 4WD trucks with a 2-3.5 inch front lift. This shock features a 2.0" metal impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body for superior rust and corrosion resistance and enhanced cooling. Its race-proven damping control, including an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design, separates shock oil from a high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration for consistent performance. The shock incorporates a race-developed high-flow damping piston with application-specific valving to maximize performance both on and off-road, providing a smooth, controlled ride. Sold individually.
