RSO Suspension Tubular Upper Control Arms are designed as a heavy-duty upgrade for off-road vehicles. They feature a black E-coated finish, sealed hardened rubber bushings, rubber dust caps, and high-angle dual-lip rubber boots on the ball joints, ensuring enhanced corrosion resistance and performance compared to OEM replacement arms. These arms are constructed from fully gusseted 1 1/2-inch tubular steel, reinforced with larger heat-treated chromoly ball joints and sealed bushings to withstand harsh terrain. The CNC bent tubing and CAD-designed geometry correct angles for lifted vehicles (2-4 inch lift), increasing suspension articulation without binding throughout the travel range. They offer a direct bolt-on installation with vehicle-specific brake line and ABS mounts, and all necessary hardware is included. The control arms are fully serviceable and rebuildable. RSO Suspension provides a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on the structure, 5 years on components, and 1 year on the finish and coating.
