034Motorsport Cold Air Intake System

The 034Motorsport P34 Cold Air Intake System is engineered to deliver enhanced power, sound, and acceleration for B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5 vehicles equipped with the 3.0 TFSI engine. Developed in-house, this performance intake solution replaces the factory airbox with a design that maximizes airflow to the turbocharger. It features a massive 5" conical air filter housed within a partially-enclosed airbox that utilizes the stock fresh air inlet duct and heat shield, ensuring an OEM+ look and feel. The system includes a large-diameter, CFD-optimized turbo inlet hose and a CNC-machined billet aluminum velocity stack for smooth airflow transitions. Beyond the standard P34 Cold Air Intake, 034Motorsport offers the P34 SüperDüper Insuction Bundle. This bundle includes the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, which eliminates a critical flow restriction in the intake tract, particularly beneficial for Stage 3 Hybrid Turbochargers and tuning software. The bundle comes with an even larger CFD-optimized silicone filter tube to properly connect the P34 Cold Air Intake and the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet itself is cast from A356 aluminum with a CNC-machined compressor inlet flange adapter and a 6061-T6 aluminum turbo inlet adapter for maximum airflow. Performance testing on a Superflow airflow bench at 28" of water shows significant gains over the stock intake. The stock intake flows 394 CFM, while the P34 Intake with the OE adapter ring flows 449 CFM, and with a 63mm adapter ring, it reaches 507 CFM. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet configuration with a 66mm adapter ring achieves an impressive 559 CFM. These flow increases translate to dyno-proven horsepower and torque gains, improved throttle response, and enhanced engine and induction sounds. Installation is rated as mild, utilizing factory mounting grommets and hardware for a straightforward process.
