Description

The Demon Powersports PAXL-7002 is a high-performance replacement CV axle engineered for ATV and UTV applications. It features larger CV joints and shafts, paired with a proprietary dual heat treatment process, and a 4340 chromoly steel inner CV cage for superior strength and longevity. The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design, allowing for higher articulation angles and improved travel over challenging terrain.

It is equipped with TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots that are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and more temperature resistant than standard OEM boots. The axles also use molybdenum grease for low friction and smooth motion.
