044 In-Line Fuel Pump

The Bosch 044 is a highly popular in-line fuel pump within the motorsports and tuning communities. Its design incorporates a superior turbine pump for reduced fuel pulsation, resulting in better drivability, less noise, and extended service life. The Bosch impeller ring ensures smooth fuel flow and consistent performance, while a precision, spin-balanced, and polymer-encased armature further minimizes noise and vibration. This fuel pump operates on a minimum of 12 Volts and can achieve an operating pressure of 72.5 PSI (5 Bar). It delivers a minimum flow rate of 80 GPH (300 LPH) at the outlet. The Bosch 044 features an M18 x 1.5 inlet and an M12 x 1.5 outlet for fuel connections, with M6 positive and M5 negative electrical terminals. Its weight is 1030 grams (2.27 pounds). A non-return valve is integrated to maintain system pressure and mitigate hot start issues, and a noise suppression coil is included to virtually eliminate radio frequency interference.
