044 In-Line Fuel Pump

The Bosch 0580464200 is a new electric in-line fuel pump, serving as a direct replacement for the superseded Bosch 044 (part # 0 580 254 044). This pump is widely used by tuner shops, JGTC cars, Touring cars, and WRC cars, making it one of the most popular aftermarket fuel pumps. Designed with Bosch's state-of-the-art turbine technology, this fuel pump offers advantages over older designs, including near-silent operation and improved drivability. The core components of the turbine design contribute to reduced wear and a longer service life, making it a reliable choice for performance applications. It has M18x1.5 inlet and M10 x 1.0 outlet threads, operates on 12 Volts, and requires a minimum of 13 Amps. Its operating pressure is 72.5 PSI (5 Bar), with a minimum flow rate of 80 GPH (300 LPH) at the outlet. At higher temperatures, the flow is reduced by 8 GPH (30 LPH). This pump is recommended for installation between an in-tank fuel pump and the fuel rail. While it can be installed in the fuel tank, custom fabrication may be required. Feeding this inline pump with another pump in series can further increase its output. The pump measures 196mm in length and 60mm in diameter, weighing 1030 grams.
