This is a Carver® Custom-Fit™ Trailerable Boat Cover, part number 16902A, designed to fit Pioneer® 197 Sport Fish center Console With Factory T-Top models from 2005-2017. The cover is made in South Carolina, USA, and is offered in three Solution-Dyed Marine Grade fabrics (Sunbrella®/Outdura®, Sun-Dura™, Poly-Flex II). It features double-stitched seams with weather-resistant anti-wick thread, folded four-ply join seams, and durable reinforcements sewn in at major wear points. It is trailerable at reasonable speeds when cinched tightly with the included 12 free heavy-duty tie-down straps. The cover includes 1 or 2 pads with snaps for optional support poles and a motor cover on most outboard models. It fits standard integrated fiberglass swim platforms. The heavy-duty 1/4-inch cinch rope sewn into the hem cinches tightly around the boat below the rub rail. The cover does NOT use snaps.
