The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is a direct bolt-on upgrade designed to increase strength and lower fluid temperatures compared to the stock stamped steel pan. The cast aluminum construction and deep exterior fins provide a larger surface area for superior heat dissipation, utilizing underside air flow to cool transmission fluid more efficiently. Cast gussets add strength and rigidity to the housing. This pan also features an exclusive high-power Neodymium magnet-equipped billet, hardened stainless steel drain plug that attracts and holds ferrous metals, preventing damage, a feature absent in factory plugs. Internal baffles further reduce fluid temperatures and minimize sloshing. It also includes a drilled and threaded 1/8-inch NPT port for an optional temperature probe.
