05C F250/F350 SUPERDUTY DANA 60 FRONT RADIUS ARM SWAP KIT

This kit facilitates swapping a 2005-2022 Ford Superduty Dana 60 front axle into another vehicle. It utilizes the factory bushing mounts on the Superduty axle. The kit includes a pair of radius arm brackets that accept 2-inch outer diameter tubing for the lower links and a pair of radius arm brackets that accept 1-3/4 inch outer diameter tubing for the upper links. Frame link brackets with a mounting width of 2-5/8 inches are included to attach to any frame, accepting 1-1/4 inch heim joints with high misalignment spacers. The radius arm brackets accept 7/8 inch heims with high misalignment spacers and offer ample welding surface. The kit includes all necessary brackets, joints, and hardware. Tubing (2-inch OD x .25-inch for lower links and 1.75-inch OD x .125-inch for upper links) must be added separately and cut to length for the specific application. Welding is required for installation, and components are shipped bare, requiring painting or powder coating post-installation.
