Description

The Demon Powersports PAXL-2015HD is a heavy-duty axle designed for Arctic Cat 650 models from 2004-2011. It features larger CV joints and shafts compared to OEM, along with a proprietary dual heat treatment process and a 4340 Chromoly steel inner CV cage for enhanced strength and longevity.

This axle utilizes a double plunge design that allows for higher articulation angles and extra suspension travel, preventing binding over varied terrain. It is equipped with TPEE boots for superior resistance against fatigue, punctures, and temperature extremes, and uses molybdenum grease for smooth operation.
