Constructed from robust 1020 .120 Wall DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) tubing, they feature Smittybilt's innovative Knuckle System for secure attachment to the existing factory roll bar using a unique pivot and grade 10 fasteners. Installation is a bolt-in process, requiring minimal modifications for a rock-solid setup. The kits are finished with a satin black powder coat, offering protection and a rugged aesthetic, and come with a 5-year limited warranty on the finish. For safety and convenience, front down bars include integrated tubular grab handles, and padding is provided for the main bars above the driver and passenger. Installation requires some modification to factory roll bar covers and minor trimming of the door surrounds.
