The Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro Pre-Built Coilover Kit is designed for robust performance and durability. Inspired by US Military applications, these shock absorbers feature Foam Cell Technology to enhance shock performance, prevent fade, and manage high internal pressures by increasing thermal capacity. The 2.4-inch twin-tube body design provides increased oil volume for improved cooling and endurance, while also protecting internal components from rock damage. Key features include a hard chrome piston rod, flexible rubber bushings for quieter operation and reduced side loads, and supplementary welded mounts for maximum strength. The single-piece billet eye rings and stems ensure an ultra-robust design, preventing breakage or bending. Each part number is equipped with vehicle-specific valving to ensure optimal ride and handling, as intended by Ironman 4x4 suspension engineers. This kit offers extended travel over OEM suspension, making it suitable for both standard and raised height vehicles, and increasing wheel articulation. An impact stone-resistant shield, made of steel or polyethylene, protects the piston rod from impacts and road debris. This kit includes front Foam Cell Pro Coilovers and is sold as a pair.
