Merritt headache racks provide a distinctive look, function, and durability. They feature a channel in the frame for lighting and load securement accessories, which also hides and protects wiring. Constructed from premium 6061 aluminum alloys, including exclusive Dyna-Tube extrusion, for durability without added weight. They act as a critical safety barrier, protecting the cab and rear window from shifting cargo, chains, and equipment, while resisting rust, weather, and heavy jobsite wear.
