Description

The Demon Powersports PAXL-6019 is a heavy-duty front axle designed as a direct OE replacement. It features wide articulation angles and an increase in plunge to prevent binding. The axle shafts are made from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, and the CV joints are 10-15% larger than regular joints.

Its diameter is 15-20% larger than OEM axles, and it uses thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease. The inner cage is constructed from 4340 chromoly material.
