The Demon Powersports Heavy Duty Axle is a direct replacement for your vehicle's original axle. It features larger CV joints and shafts made from 4340 Chromoly steel, combined with a dual heat treatment process for enhanced strength and longevity. The axle utilizes a double plunge design for increased articulation angles, offering up to 1.5 inches of travel and 40° on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel with 45°-47° articulation on the outboard joint.
