The Phoenix USA NF12 DOT Liner Wheel Simulator Kit mounts to 16" diameter by 6" wide, dual-rear-wheel, 4 hand hole, 8 lug on 6.5" bolt circle, 9/16" lug stud applications. It is designed for 2008-Current Ford E350 E450 2wd only. The kit includes four polished stainless steel wheel covers, mounting hardware, an installation tool, and instructions.
