Description

The Demon Powersports Heavy Duty Axle is engineered for Polaris Ranger 1000 models, offering enhanced strength and longevity compared to OEM axles. It features larger CV joints and shafts, combined with a proprietary dual heat treatment process and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage.

This axle utilizes a unique double plunge design to achieve higher articulation angles and provides increased suspension travel while preventing binding. It is equipped with TPEE boots and molybdenum grease for durability and smooth operation.
