The Skyjacker F930 3-inch Component Box with Upper Control Arms features replacement Upper Control Arms (UCA) fabricated from high-weld-strength, thick-walled DOM steel tubing, designed to withstand extreme stress and loads. A welded gusset plate stiffens the arm and bushing eyelets for additional rigidity and strength. The CNC machined bushing eyelets and ball joint cups ensure precise fitment. The system is engineered with built-in camber correction for improved handling, allowing CV axles to operate within limits of the new UCA and OEM lower control arms. The replacement UCA comes preassembled and ready to install with a durable powder coat finish.

This system also retains front Ford OEM tuned performance struts with strut spacers. A combination of preload and short upper strut mount spacers distributes the lift load more evenly and prevents CV axle overextension within OEM tolerances. The moderate front preload spacer is built from T6160 Aluminum, while a short 1-piece top mount metal strut spacer features a strong tab-and-slot interlocked design, precisely CNC laser cut and precision formed in a CNC press brake. These are powder coated to provide a durable protective barrier against corrosion. The combination system prevents binding of the new UCA with the strut assembly and works with the Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) system. A 2-inch rear block and u-bolt kit delivers a more level stance.
