Overview

The Aries Switchback Headache Rack (MPN 1110111) is an all-aluminum, rust-resistant, and lightweight truck accessory with a carbide black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. Its angular profile contours to the truck's cab. The slotted top edge accommodates various LED lights (three 10-inch light bars recommended), offering easy adjustment. Installation is simple and secure thanks to a patented stake pocket mounting system, requiring no drilling. The three-piece design bolts together with grade-8 hardware, and its knockdown assembly reduces shipping requirements. The headache rack features a stamped aluminum, octagonal grid center section that can be removed for convenient rear window access. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty (five-year finish, one-year parts). Notes: Includes mounting hardware. May interfere with rear-facing cameras. Not designed to support cargo loads.
