Description

This Cognito UTV Long Travel Kit for the Polaris RZR 170 (2009-2021) is a comprehensive suspension upgrade. It includes Cognito's 2-inch Front and Rear Top Shocks, custom-engineered with specific valving and spring rates for optimal performance with the kit. The front long travel kit adds 3 inches of width per side and features an adjustable turnbuckle for precise camber, critical for the RZR 170's single control arm front suspension. The kit is constructed from high-strength alloy steel with a durable semi-gloss black powder coat, designed for bolt-on installation. It includes heavy-duty tie rods, performance brake lines, and Demon Powersports 3-inch per side rear axle shafts. Made in the USA.
