09C POLARIS RANGER RZR HEAVY DUTY REAR UNIVERSAL AXLE

The Demon Powersports Heavy Duty Lift Kit Axle is designed for Polaris RZR 800 models, offering enhanced strength and longevity. These axles feature larger CV joints and shafts, combined with a proprietary dual heat treatment process and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage.

They utilize a unique double plunge design to achieve higher articulation angles, allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and 40-degree articulation on the inboard joint, and 0.5 inches of travel with 45-47 degrees of swing on the outboard joint. The axles are equipped with TPEE boots for superior resistance against fatigue, punctures, and temperature, and use molybdenum grease for smooth, low-friction motion.
