MIA's Description

The Demon Powersports PAXL-6005HD is a heavy-duty axle designed for Polaris RZR 800 models. It is constructed from 4340 Chromoly Steel with a dual heat treatment process for enhanced strength and longevity. The axle features a dual plunge design that allows for higher articulation angles, up to 45 degrees, and utilizes thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots for increased resistance to tears and temperature fluctuations. It is packed with molybdenum grease to ensure smooth operation and low friction.
