1.0 LSJ PCM Engine Control Module Tune

The ZZP 1.0 PCM tune is designed to provide many of the most requested features for LSJ engine control modules. This tune includes a raised rev limiter to 7200rpm, even with stock valve springs, modified fan turn-on temperatures, and an intercooler pump that activates with the key. It also features adjusted WOT fueling and timing tables, modified power enrichment tables, and updated injector charts to optimize performance. Torque abuse modes are modified to eliminate bogging at launch, and "Burst KR" is disabled. The boost limiter is removed, and 1st gear boost is adjusted to improve traction. This PCM does not alter emissions. Selecting the correct model and year for your vehicle is crucial for proper fitment. When ordering, you can choose to send in your original PCM first to retain your VIN for emissions testing and avoid the need for a security relearn or crankcase variation learn. Alternatively, a core charge can be applied, with a refund issued upon return of your factory PCM. The PCM is flashed per order and is non-returnable once shipped, though a one-year warranty covers defects. Compatibility and specific features may depend on your vehicle's modifications, such as supercharger type (Stock, Harrop TVS, or Turbocharged), injectors, fuel used (including E85), air intake, throttle body, boost reference, and meth injection. For setups not explicitly listed, or if further tuning is required, HPTuners software (rental or purchase available) is recommended for custom calibration. For custom engine swaps or non-standard installations, it is mandatory to select the "Custom Engine Swaps" option. If you have emissions testing requirements, you must select the "sending core" or "email a file" option, as ZZP cannot change the VIN in the PCM, and using one of their cores may prevent passing emissions tests.
