Description

The Specialty Products Inc. 15840 is a 1.0-inch flared hole die, also known as a dimple die. These dies are used in sheet metal fabrication to add rigidity and strength to flat, unsupported panels. The design is optimized for maximum stiffness and strength, and it's manufactured from premium hardened high carbon steel for durability. It can be used on high strength 4130 chromoly sheet, with a maximum thickness of .090 inches for chromoly and .125 inches for mild steel.
