1-1/2" CNC Mandrel-Bent Exhaust Headers

The BBK Performance Shorty Exhaust Header is engineered to significantly boost horsepower and torque over stock for Jeep 4.0L engines. It utilizes 1-1/2" primaries, specifically chosen to maximize low-end torque, and is constructed from durable 16-gauge CNC mandrel-bent steel tubing. The header features robust 3/8" thick flanges and a polished silver ceramic finish that helps reduce under-hood temperatures and enhance power. Gaskets and all necessary collector hardware are included in the kit. The unique gasket design allows for replacement of the exhaust manifold gasket without needing to remove the intake manifold, further streamlining the installation. This header is compatible with a range of Jeep models, including the 1991-1999 Cherokee 4.0L (2WD/4WD), 1993-1999 Grand Cherokee 4.0L (2WD/4WD), and 1991-1999 Wrangler 4.0L (2WD/4WD).
