1-1/2-Inch Tubing 2-1/2-Inch Collector Exhaust Header

The Pacesetter 70-1193 is a performance exhaust header crafted from mandrel-bent, 16-gauge mild steel tubing with port-matched, CNC-machined, 3/8"-thick head flanges. This header includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. The header features a 1-1/2 inch tubing diameter and a 2-1/2 inch collector diameter, with a flanged collector design. It is equipped with hookups for smog and engine management sensors, ensuring compatibility with modern vehicle systems. An included header extension facilitates connection to the stock exhaust system. This header is specifically designed for 1990-1994 Nissan D21 and 1995-1997 Nissan Pickup models with a 4-cylinder, 5-speed, 2WD configuration. Fabrication may be required during installation, and the black coating applied at the factory is for pre-use protection only and will burn off upon first use.
