The Helicoil K327-16 is a free-running, tanged helical insert designed for thread repair. It features a 1"-11-1/2 thread size and is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, offering a tensile strength between 200,000 to 250,000 psi.

The insert has a length of 0.661 inches. Helicoil inserts are precision-formed wire coils that create strong, durable threads in tapped holes, suitable for various materials including aluminums, mild steels, and stainless steels.
