Description

The Helicoil K1191-161 is a free-running helical insert designed for thread repair. It is made from 304 stainless steel and features a plain finish. The insert has a thread size of 1"-12 and an overall length of 1 1/2".

This insert is packaged in lengths corresponding to various spark plug reaches. It has a tensile strength between 200,000 and 250,000 psi and a Rockwell hardness of C43-C50. The drill size required for installation is 1 1/64".
