This direct-fit component is ideal for replacing a worn or malfunctioning master cylinder. The construction features rubber components that have been independently tested and certified by approved global laboratories to withstand extreme high and low temperatures. The master cylinder utilizes EPDM rubber, known for its compatibility with DOT3, 4, and 5 brake fluids. Aluminum castings are hard anodized for durability, while iron castings are coated to prevent rust. All machining is executed using computer-programmed CNC machines, and castings undergo a rigorous two-step inspection process—via micrometer and go-no-go fixture—before assembly to ensure precise adherence to OE specifications. Before assembly, all castings and components are meticulously cleaned using automated ultrasonic cleaning machines. The final assembly is conducted in a clean room environment to prevent contamination. Each unit is dated coded for complete traceability and undergoes pressure testing to guarantee dependable operation and leak-free performance. This master cylinder comes with a limited lifetime warranty and includes the necessary cap and reservoir, with a bore diameter of 1.13 inches. A bleeder kit is also included for easier installation and maintenance.
