The IE HPFP Assembly Tool is engineered to simplify the process of upgrading or servicing the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) internals on Audi B9/B9.5 3.0T turbocharged engines. This specialty tool is essential for the unthreading and rethreading of the internal HPFP body from the fuel pump body, a critical step when installing higher-flow fuel pump internals to support increased ethanol content or hybrid turbo applications. Constructed from a robust steel alloy, this tool is built to withstand significant force without bending or stripping, ensuring reliable performance. Its zinc-coated finish provides excellent protection against rust, contributing to a long service life. Designed for ease of use, the tool features a standard 1/2" drive, allowing for direct compatibility with common socket wrenches and torque wrenches.
