1/2-Inch Strut Mount Spacer

The Dobinsons PS59-4030 Aluminum Strut Mount Spacer is engineered to provide a reliable solution for correcting vehicle lean or achieving a modest 1/2-inch lift on various Toyota and Lexus models. Crafted from T-6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, this spacer ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, thanks to its black anodized finish. This spacer is primarily utilized to correct vehicle lean, especially on the U.S. driver’s side when it is lower than the passenger side. Alternatively, installing two spacers can evenly lift the front of the vehicle by approximately 1/2 inch at the wheel. It is precision-machined to exact OEM top mount specifications, ensuring a seamless fit between the strut mount and the vehicle’s tower. Installation offers a quick method to adjust vehicle height without the need for complete strut disassembly. However, it is crucial to note that only one spacer should be used per strut to ensure proper thread engagement and secure installation, as there will not be enough threads remaining to properly secure the strut if more than one is used. A warning is issued regarding checking the vehicle at full suspension droop to confirm there is no CV binding when using this strut spacer. A differential drop kit is strongly recommended to maintain proper CV angles and prevent damage. Additionally, always verify that brake lines, ABS wiring, and other components have sufficient length and clearance throughout suspension travel. This spacer ***does not suit 1st Gen Tacoma*** models.
